Daily Dose: For adults 11 years and older, it is recommended to take 1 tablet daily after meals.

Ingredients: L-Ascorbic Acid, Zinc Sulfate Monohydrate, Lemon Extract, Bulking Agent (Microcrystalline cellulose), stabilizer (polyvinylpyrrolidone),  Anti-caking (silicon dioxide. magnesium salts of fatty acids).
